⏱️ 6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained as long as the account is active
- Deleted accounts: Data deleted within 30 days
- Backups: Removed from backups within 90 days
🗑️ 7. Data Deletion
To delete your data:
- In the app: Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account
- By email: Send a request to privacy@softwai.com
Upon deletion:
- Your account and profile are permanently deleted
- Your messages are removed from your partner's view
- Your photos are deleted from shared albums
- All associated data is purged from our systems

We send push notifications for:
- New messages from your partner
- Event reminders
- Partner activity (couple joined, questions answered)
- Time capsule unlocking
You can disable notifications in iOS Settings > Adeux > Notifications.
📊 10. Analytics
We collect anonymous analytics to improve the service:
- Feature usage frequency
- Error rates and crash reports
- Performance metrics
This data is aggregated and does not allow individual users to be identified.

If you enable location sharing:
- Your location is shared only with your partner
- Data automatically expires after the chosen duration (1h, 4h, 8h, or 24h)
- You can disable sharing at any time
- No location data is retained after expiration
👶 12. Protection of Minors
The service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
📝 13. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. We will notify you of changes by:
- Posting the new policy in the app
- Email notification for significant changes
