Delete your account

Adeux is published by Softwai. You can delete your account and your data at any time.

In the app

Open Adeux, then:

  1. Profile
  2. Settings
  3. Privacy & Data
  4. Delete my account

Confirm with your password (or your Google or Apple account). The deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without access to the app

Email privacy@softwai.com from your account's email address, with the subject “Adeux account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data deleted

  • Your account, profile and profile photo
  • Your location, moods, achievements and personal answers
  • Your notification tokens and export requests

Data kept

  • Content shared with your partner (messages, photos, events, lists) stays visible to them while their account exists; it is deleted when the second account is deleted too.
  • Billing records of your subscription, kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for the period required by law.
  • Backup copies, erased within 90 days.
